To follow are the most frequently asked questions relating to our solutions.


Invoices/Payments

How do I receive my invoices?

Each new invoice is made available in the form of a PDF-file. This will go to the team leader specified within the team’s administration at ‘license information’. If a new invoice has been created by the system, the PDF will be stored inside the license section and you will receive a copy by e-mail. All past invoices are also conveniently stored in the licensing section.

How much time do I have to settle the invoice?

All invoices have to be settled by credit card when due.

Which payment methods do you offer?

If you are a team leader, you can pay Online team invoices directly in the licensing section by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Alternatively, customers from Germany, Switzerland and Austria can pay via bank transfer. Enterprise Server license customers can only pay by making a bank transfer within 30 days of maturity date.

How can I change my billing data?

Only team leaders can change billing data. These changes can be made inside the licensing section in the administration.

How can I change the size of my team?

You can extend the limits for members and storage capacity at any time in the licensing section. The new limits are valid and made available immediately.
Reductions to the limits can also be executed at any time, however these are put into effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
