Can I keep my test team when I decide to obtain a license?

Yes, you can simply license your test team within the team by following the corresponding link. All data and members can be kept and no previous work is lost.

Does a test team automatically become a licensed team after 30 days?

No. Licenses can only be obtained with your expressed prior consent.
