How do I license my team?
Simply go to our home page and choose "Buy teamspace ". The system will
then guide you through the whole licensing process and your team will
be immediately available in full capacity. If you already have a test
team, simply click on the licensing link inside the team and follow the
instructions that are detailed there.
Are there any additional costs for Online teams, aside from members and storage space?
No, you simply pay for your limit of permitted members and storage capacity.
What is the maximum number of members and storage capacity I can have?
There are no limits. But if you want to have more than 5 GB of disc
space, please contact us in advance so that we can ensure it will be
immediately available.
Do you provide discounts on Online team fees?
We provide discounts of 5, 10 or 20%, if you choose billing cycles of
3, 6 or 12 months respectively. Aside from that, our fees are valid for
all sizes and numbers of teams.
We do not
offer discounts for multiple teams. If you plan to use teamspace in
multiple teams, we can offer you an Enterprise Server license that
delivers you with, amongst other things, significant financial
advantages over the licensing of single separate teams.
Do you automatically charge my credit card when new invoices are due?
No, each transaction has to be authorized and initiated by you. We do not charge credit cards ourselves.
Does a license expire or do I have to cancel it?
When licensing a team, you choose a billing cycle of 1, 3, 6 or 12
months and you choose between automatic and manual extension of your
license. To cancel any license within your team’s administration, we
require ten days notice prior to the elapsing of a billing cycle. If
you do not cancel within this timescale, it will continue for another
billing cycle and the same costs will apply.
